Assaf Avrahami holds BSc in mechanical and electrical engineering and an MBA in technological management and marketing. He holds a phd degree in the area of industrial management.

Avrahami is currently CEO technology & operation at Yedioth group – the company is also running the e-vrit project. Earier in his carrer, Avrahami served as a major in the Israeli Navy, as CEO of Yedioth communication press (the printing company of Yedioth group) and was the CEO of yedioth information technology.
