Ibrahim Eissa

Ahead of November 2010 parliamentary elections, WAN-IFRA had the opportunity to meet with prominent Egyptian journalist, editor and 2008 Gebran Tueni Award laureate, Ibrahim Eissa. Nonetheless, Mr Eissa’s interview gives a fascinating insight into the challenges faced by the independent media working inside President Mubarak’s repressive regime.
